12 Eggs; hard boiled 2 tb Pimentos; finely chopped 1/2 c Garlic & Herb cheese spread 1/4 c Dijon mustard 1/4 c Mayonnaise Scallions; sliced for - garnish 1/4 c Scallions; finely chopped Halve eggs lengthwise. Scoop out yolks into a large bowl; set egg white halves aside. Mash yolks; blend in cheese spread, mayonnaise, scallions, pimentos and mustard until smooth.
